To set the location of the Office tower, such conditions are considered as the perception of the mass from E-5 highroad and periphery; ground floor organization and shadow-light values. While considering the location, an open space is created on the ground level which is isolated from the negative conditions of E-5, extroverted on the other side and featuring commercial spaces on the peripheries of the site. Office spaces that can be individually organized, are attached to an iconic prism (the core) on the design of the tower. This dynamic mass gives the office building both functional and aesthetic values.
