The design intent for this office
complex is to create a green work place environment. The master plan explore a
central green area surrounded by 7 office towers, varies in height from 30
floors to 3 floors facility building .
To create a complete perception
of green environment the main entry of the complex is located not in the main
boulevard but on the secondary entry by doing this gesture the main public
access using the main boulevard will see a "backyard" full with
plantations which enrich the Bintaro CBD area more live
able
On the center, we put a
collective reflecting pond adequate to collect rain water and treated waste
water from the office .the purpose is to reserve the usage of water and to achieve
zero runoff from rain water.
Since the company bushiness in
mining, heavy equipment, the design tries to reflect as close as possible the
character the usage of the building.
It is projecting the tectonic
bold massing building, but at the same time exposing the company's motto to
preserve energy.
The result is to create work
place in a green environment
