Green building concept implemented in the following aspects: No parking allowed in the ground level to maximize the green area and human circulation; Park stage layer in the ground level, roof level of the podium and some balconies to guarantee the natural quality surrounding to connect people to the nature; Maximizing the north-south opening to guarantee the energy saving by natural lighting; Using the vegetation as wall element for apartment tower, especially installed in the west wall that sides the toll/main road and east, as a barrier and air filter; Keeping the rain water in the reservoir for service water using; Using the nature material as a floor, wall or ceiling building material.
